How this works:
Services
Consultation
• Jenny will do an in-home consult where she looks at your home, looks at inspiration pics you may have via magazines and Pinterest
• Determine design direction, floor plan as well as what pieces will stay or go
• Jenny will come up with a design plan for you
Approximate time 1 hour
$75 an hour
If you further use my services this initial consult will be free!
Kitchen and Bath Remodels
• Jenny comes up with a design plan and layout for your kitchen or bath
• Jenny will select cabinetry at her favorite kitchen and bath showrooms and have a plan drawn out for your space. Clients often join in on this process
• Jenny will select counter surfaces at some of the best granite/quartz yards in the area
• Jenny will have her contractors instal the kitchen or bath of your dreams
$75 hourly rate
Contractors and materials are separate costs
Staging Homes
• Staging on steroids, more than just hanging pretty pictures
• Jenny and her team help you purge and donate items
• Jenny devises a plan that updates areas in the most cost effective way possible
• Examples may be resurfacing old bathroom tubs and tile, painting out kitchen cabinets etc
• Jenny sets up and styles each room
$125 an hour for 2 people
Painters and other subcontractors are separate fees
Room Makeover
• Jenny will come up with a plan based on a style you love
• Will pick out paint colors
• Jenny will shop for furniture & accessories
• Will come up with a room layout
• Jenny has a carpenter to help install curtains, hang heavy mirrors, minor electrical etc
$75 an hour (minimum of 8 hours) use of carpenter if needed is an additional cost
E-Design
• Jenny will curate a room that includes space planning, furniture and accessories. This includes resources for items
• Jenny will be available thru phone calls, email, as well as a private Pinterest board
• Jenny will create one e design board with one follow up for any possible changes
$300 per room up to 4 hours. Any additional time will be $75 an hour
